internship...
okay, the internship has started long ago, but i never have the "time" to blog. anyway, no one really comes here and reads so it's really okay that i don't update. ;) now i'm trying to download "hua yang shao nian shao nu" but apparently the connection has some problem. T_T
let's talk about some unforgettable experience during the internship. firstly, it's the first day of work. how dare i be late that day!!! i took the bus in the wrong direction so went to the interchange, then tried to get down the bus somewhere and take cab but crap, there was no available cab!!! so when i resolved to calling cab, an empty cab suddenly came and saved me. but, the driver was a little evil to stop at the traffic light when it so nicely turned to yellow! %&@$#^@$%&#$^&#^ wasted my time and money!!! so in the end i was late for 10++ minutes. okay, luckily the person in charge didn't really mind, but it was from her look, how would i know if she was cursing me in her heart?! after that she brought us around the building, okay actually not really around, she only showed us the cafe (did she?), the sports club, and how the level numbering works (sounds weird), and blah blah... there's a pool table in the sports club, hoho... so in the end we visited it quite frequently...
somemore unforgettable things are: was asked to type lots of ads but never got published, name never appear on newspaper when other interns already had, never get to go out to do reporting when other interns already had, and blah blah... okay, shouldn't be complaining already because today and yesterday and the day before they published my work, and finally they printed my name on the paper!!! so touched... oh, and the most important one is my first reporting outside. it was at tp cc, wa, scared me, because it was like a press conference. i was the only reporter there, so was quite worried that i don't have questions to ask, but in the end, surprisingly, the "interview" lasted for 1 hour!!! 30 minutes more of what i expected. so after that i had a lot to write for the report. lol... but, a little disappointed that they didn't use my report immediately... but never mind, the other reports that i made they printed my name so haha...
ah, another unforgettable incident, not during work but after work. on one fine night, forgot which day, 4 of us went to watch night movie. okay, xianlin wanted to watch "a battle of wits", so she decided to watch at bishan. then, i had nothing to do so i agreed to go. of course fuzhuo will follow, and don't know why ruobing followed too. lol... okay, because fuzhuo and ruobing were on evening duty so we had to wait for them till 9pm. before that two of us went to play pool. lol... did we? never mind, so in the end they came and we went together. to our horror, the movie we wanted to watch was not up yet, so out of no choice, we chose to watch 007. okay, didn't expect it to be such long. the ads before that was long, the story was long, there were many highs, many unwanted scenes. i was worrying the time that passed so fast, because it was already 12am and the movie is not finished!!! okay, finally it finished and we had to take cab home. i shared the cab with xianlin but she alighted earlier than me. in the end, i reached home at 12++am. what a horror... this is the first time i go back home so late. omg, if i were staying at the hostel i would have been killed.
so that's my internship life. sleep, wake up, bathe, breakfast, take bus, work, lunch, play pool/billard, work, work end, go home, bathe, eat, online, sleep... boring right?!
